Yoga — a mind-body practice — is considered one of many types of complementary and integrative health approaches. Yoga brings together physical and mental disciplines that may help you achieve peacefulness of body and mind. This can help you relax and manage stress and anxiety.


During a course time, with any type of Yoga modality I teach, I’ll also give you a set of well performed and alligned, effective Yoga poses (Asanas) you’re able to do anywhere anytime on your own with ease and joy. I’ll also teach you what I call the “5-minutes Minimal Yoga”, these 5 simple, minimal body poses everyone wants to do at least once every day to keep it’s body flexible and healty and going, not even a mat is needed for that.


Archiving the right balance: Every person has a different body with different abilities. You may need to modify yoga postures based on your individual abilities. Your instructor may be able to suggest modified poses. Choosing an instructor who is experienced and who understands your needs is important to safely and effectively practice yoga.


During any course time I’ll also teach you the 5 major elemental poses of Tibetan healing Yoga Lu Jong, which work deeply on your facia, able to calm and focus your mind and gently but effectively pulling out all tensions and small to medium aches from your physical body, aligning the physical and energetical body in as less as 10 minutes a day while fully present in the body, no mat required. Can be done anywhere anytime. I use this almost every day to get rid of tensions gained from working on the laptop for hours and in order to re-focus my mind and align an balance my energies between my healing and coaching sessions in order to approch any of my clients free from my own tensions, doubts from a open-mined and non-jugemental space. This 5 to 10 minutes time investments actally save me lot of time.
